Those high standards naturally led us to the innovative pro design (ipd) plenum product. The ipd patented cast aluminum intake plenum with the larger 82 mm (gt3) throttle body (competition plenum) increases horsepower and torque by optimizing and increasing airflow into the intake manifold. The girodisc system is a direct replacement for the oe disc with the addition of girodisc provided caliper spacers and longer bolts. Girodisc rotor is slightly larger than the OEM rotor at 340mm versus 317mm providing greater braking force and cooling capacity.
The central hat section of girodisc rotor is made from strictly u.s. Sourced 6061-t6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is made from girodisc own proprietary cast iron, poured in the usa and machined from start to finish in house at girodisc.
